About mesoestetic®

mesoestetic® Pharma Group, based in Barcelona, is a globally respected medical aesthetic laboratory and pharmaceutical manufacturer. The brand is internationally recognised for developing advanced dermocosmetic and aesthetic medicine formulations supported by decades of clinical research and strict pharmaceutical standards.

At The Dermal Clinic, we are proud to introduce mesoestetic Hervey Bay, bringing one of the most scientifically advanced skin correction systems to our clients. The brand’s professional and retail offerings align seamlessly with our medical foundation, ensuring every treatment is safe, evidence based, and results focused.

Why mesoestetic® at The Dermal Clinic

I chose to introduce mesoestetic to The Dermal Clinic because it represents the perfect balance between medical dermatology and advanced dermal therapy. The brand supports structured clinical protocols alongside comprehensive homecare programs, allowing clients to maintain and extend their results well beyond the treatment room.

Each formulation is supported by global clinical data, ensuring predictable and progressive outcomes. This is essential to our standards of care.

Our mesoestetic Hervey Bay offering sits alongside trusted professional technologies including Cutera Xeo, iS Clinical, HydraFacial Syndeo, SkinPen Precision, and Healite LED. Together, these systems create a complete ecosystem for skin correction, regeneration, and long term restoration.

Professional In-Clinic Range

The professional mesoestetic line includes pharmaceutical grade peels, ampoules, and treatment masks designed to address complex concerns such as pigmentation, acne, photoageing, sensitivity, and scarring.

These treatments are delivered through carefully structured protocols to ensure safety, efficacy, and measurable skin improvement.

Professional Chemical Peels

Each mesoestetic peel is formulated with precise acid concentrations and stabilisation systems to maximise efficacy while minimising irritation. These pH balanced formulations work progressively to stimulate cellular renewal, collagen synthesis, and improved skin clarity.

  • A hydrating lactic acid peel ideal for dry, dehydrated, or sensitive skin. It gently resurfaces while strengthening the barrier and stimulating collagen.

Targets dryness, dullness, superficial lines, mild sensitivity, and early ageing.
Suitable for face, neck, and décolletage.
Excellent as a preparatory treatment before devices such as Laser Genesis or SkinPen.

  • A more intensive glycolic acid peel that accelerates cell turnover and improves skin texture and firmness.

Targets fine lines, uneven tone, congestion, and rough texture.
Ideal for sun damaged or ageing skin.
Often integrated into pre laser conditioning programs.

  • Derived from bitter almonds, the mandelic acid peel is well tolerated by reactive, vascular, and darker Fitzpatrick types.

Targets pigmentation, uneven tone, redness, and mild rosacea.
Pairs beautifully with LED therapy and post IPL recovery.

  • A targeted salicylic acid peel designed for acne prone and congested skin. It reduces oil production, clears pores, and helps calm inflammation.

Targets acne, blackheads, seborrhoea, enlarged pores, and oily T zone concerns.
Often incorporated into our structured acne control program for progressive acne management.

  • The jessner peel combines resorcinol, lactic acid, and salicylic acid to provide medium depth resurfacing.

Targets pigmentation irregularities, sun damage, and early ageing.
A strong resurfacing option for clients not yet ready for laser treatments.

  • The TCA peel offers deeper resurfacing and dermal rejuvenation under strict nurse supervision.

Targets acne scarring, deeper wrinkles, severe photoageing, and reduced elasticity.
Often integrated into advanced corrective programs or used before laser resurfacing.

  • This advanced mesoestetic peel blends tranexamic acid, azelaic acid, and salicylic acid to brighten pigmentation while reducing inflammatory acne activity.

Targets melasma, post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and active acne.
Often recommended as part of a structured melasma treatment plan.

Combinational Clinical Programs

Using professional mesoestetic products, The Dermal Clinic offers structured treatment pathways tailored to individual skin goals.

    • Our clinical acne control program includes deep pore cleansing, degreasing protocols, application of salicylic acid peel or Azelan formulations, LED therapy, and targeted post care.

    • Laser Genesis may be incorporated to reduce redness and microvascular inflammation.

    • This program uses the mandelic acid peel or Melanostop Tran3x to regulate pigment production.

    • IPL and antioxidant ampoule infusions may be included to enhance brightening outcomes and support long term melasma treatment success.

    • Combining a glycolic acid peel or jessner peel with collagen boosting ampoule infusions and LED therapy, this program improves firmness, tone, and dermal strength.

    • Clients may progress to Pearl or Pearl Fractional laser for deeper rejuvenation.

    • Using a gentle lactic acid peel or mandelic acid peel, combined with calming masks and LED therapy, this protocol supports barrier repair and inflammation control.

Mesotherapy and Ampoule Infusions

Professional mesoestetic ampoules are sterile, single use formulations applied post treatment manually or via microneedling, sonophoresis, or LED.

Key professional ampoules include:

  • Hydravital Concentrate: Deep hydration and barrier reinforcement.

  • Collagen 360° Concentrate: Boosts firmness, tone, and elasticity.

  • Anti-Ageing Flash Ampoule: Lifting and tightening effect for fatigued skin.

  • Energy C Concentrate: Brightening and antioxidant protection.

  • Radiance DNA Concentrate: Repairs photoaged and environmentally stressed skin.

These infusions enhance hydration, collagen production, brightening, and barrier repair, complementing each mesoestetic peel protocol.

Post-Treatment Recovery and Protection

Each mesoestetic service concludes with medical grade repair and protection to ensure optimal healing.

Products such as Fast Skin Repair, Anti Stress Mask, and Hydravital Mask support recovery following a TCA peel, glycolic acid peel, or structured pigment program.

Broad spectrum Mesoprotech SPF is essential, particularly following a melasma treatment or resurfacing procedure.

Cosmelan® Depigmentation Program

The Cosmelan depigmentation program is a globally recognised medical protocol designed to treat all forms of hyperpigmentation, including stubborn melasma.

This advanced melasma treatment regulates melanin production at its source rather than simply resurfacing the skin.

  • The Cosmelan depigmentation program is delivered in two phases.

Phase One involves in clinic application of a professional depigmenting mask to initiate controlled resurfacing and pigment suppression.

Phase Two involves structured home care to continue pigment regulation and prevent recurrence.

This comprehensive approach makes the Cosmelan depigmentation program one of the most effective long term melasma treatment options available.

  • During the first few days, your skin will feel tight and appear red – similar to a mild to moderate sunburn. Peeling, flaking, and dryness are normal and indicate that the skin is renewing. This stage can last up to 10–14 days depending on your skin sensitivity.

By week two, most redness subsides and the peeling slows. Pigmentation begins to lighten noticeably as new, even skin emerges. Continued use of the home care products will progressively enhance your results, with full improvement typically visible around 4–8 weeks after treatment.

The long-term outcome is smoother, clearer, and more evenly toned skin with a significant reduction in pigmentation intensity.

  • Cosmelan® provides visible improvement after one treatment series, but its results are maintained through commitment to the full home program and diligent daily sun protection. In Queensland’s high-UV environment, this is essential to prevent re-pigmentation.

For stubborn or recurring pigmentation types such as melasma, periodic maintenance treatments may be recommended to ensure results remain stable over time.

  • Cosmelan® is suitable for most skin types and is particularly beneficial for:

    • Melasma caused by hormones or pregnancy

    • Sun damage and age-related pigmentation

    • Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation from acne or injury

    • Uneven tone and dull, mottled complexion

However, this treatment is not suitable during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, or for clients with very sensitive or compromised skin. A thorough consultation is required to ensure the treatment is safe and appropriate.

  • Expect mild to moderate redness and peeling for up to two weeks. During this time, it’s crucial to follow your aftercare instructions and avoid any exfoliation, active products, or heat exposure (including sun, saunas, or exercise that causes excessive sweating).

You will be provided with a comprehensive post-care kit, and regular follow-up appointments are scheduled to monitor your skin’s progress.
